A Little About Our Training
We have offered in-class courses taught by an experienced and certified training team for several years.
Our courses cover a variety of topics (i.e., Auditing, Employee Briefings, Team Building, ISO Overviews,
Business Performance, etc.) and have included single organization and consortium-type settings. While we will continue
to provide these types of training courses, we are now packaging the wealth of knowledge provided during each
session in self-contained self-paced courses that can be taken online at your convenience. Our goal for each of our
training courses is to provide education and entertainment (known as edutainmentTM)
that will increase your understanding of the subject matter, and also help you retain what you have learned
through applied knowledge and the use of a creative communication style unique to our team!
As with all our training courses, you will not only come away well-informed and
well-equipped, but you will also be entertained throughout the process! All of our courses include a wealth
of insight, a relational perspective, and are delivered in a style that will help you associate key concepts
with everyday realities.
To this point, our focus has been to provide training on location with single business units,
business-hosted multi-business classes, and consortium-type courses. While we will continue to focus our
resources on this practice, with the success and benefits of consortium-type courses, we anticipate increasing the
number we host ourselves in the future.
What Makes Our Online Offerings So Different?
With the development of An-Answer.com, we are taking our training to places it has never been before...cyberspace!
That's why we are currently developing and packaging our materials to provide comprehensive online courses
with the same style you have come to expect from us. While this endeavor involves considerable effort to
transfer teaching skills and knowledge into self-contained resources, we anticipate our initial offerings to
be complete very soon! All our courses will come complete with our unique edutainmentTM
style, and will include session testing and certificates of completion upon passing the course.
We are differentiating ourselves from so many other online training houses that simply regurgitate the
standard line-by-line and then ask a series of questions to test your reading ability. Why pay to read
line-by-line the standard you already have in front of you? With our resources, you will not only get a complete
overview of the standard, but also, much much more!
We all know the most successful organizations operate with a holistic perspective and do not simply implement
processes line-by-line in a vacuum. The relational perspective of the applied standard we provide our
clients is what sets our clients' success above the rest.
In-Class Do-It-Yourself Courses
In our in-class "do-it-yourself" courses, we provide comprehensive template materials to assist companies
transitioning from ISO 9001:1994 to 2000, implementing ISO 9001:2000 for the first time, implementing
9001-plus situations, such as ISO 13485 or ISO/TS 16949, and clients who simply see the benefit of structuring
their organizations using ISO as a business platform.
We began our consortium-type classes to accommodate the large number of companies who were
transitioning to the 2000 version prior to the December 15, 2003 deadline. Now that the transition deadline
has passed, we have postponed further offerings of our transition curriculum. However, we do plan to fit more
sessions of the ISO 9001:2000 "do-it-yourself" course in the schedule of our excellent training team as the
interest indicates and our schedule permits! You may click here to
