their requirements and hit the "pay" button, you will be returned to our site. You will receive an email from PayPal with your transaction details in short order. Once the transaction clears
An-Answer.com, an email will be sent to you from us with your unique login location and resource download or online training area.
- Why do I have to wait to get my email from An-Answer.com when I make a purchase?

Until we have completed our back-end integration with PayPal, a portion of our process is manual. You will always receive your email from An-Answer.com within 24 hours of purchase
including your unique login and resource location. Once we have completed our integration, your email from us will be within minutes or even seconds!

By law, we are required to pay sales tax in states where we sell our resources. Although are client base extends coast-to-coast, we have a fixed location only in Texas, and therefore,
are required to pay sales tax for Texas sales only. We understand the tax code continues to change (and grow), and we will remain compliant as new laws are enacted.

We use a session id to enforce security measures for those surfing our site. If your browser or internet security software blocks these sessions, you will not
be able to login to our member pages. You may change your browser or other software setting to accept session cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer, you can
open the Internet Options from the Tools menu, click on the Privacy Tab, click the Advanced button, and check Always allow session cookies. These cookies remain only as long as you are
surfing with us. When you return to our site after logging out, you will be anonymous to us until you log back in.

An-Answer.com was developed mainly on the syntax requirements of Internet Explorer. We made this decision because it is currently the most commonly used browser. We recognize
not all surfers use the same board, and therefore, we are making the additions to our code to accommodate the variety. Please help us by
forwarding us specific issues you are experiencing either using Internet Explorer or any other browser and we will do our best to correct the problem expediently!
